Gutsy Ginger Grog

This is ginger beer as you’ve never tasted it before!

Try it yourself...

Ingredients

  • 50ml* of Smoky Rascally Liquor®
  • 330ml (regular can size) of Ginger Beer
  • 3 or 4 cubes of ice

Method

Coup (that’s ‘tip’ in Scots) 50ml* of Smoky Rascally Liquor® into a ~500ml glass, add 3 or 4 cubes of ice and then pour in 330ml (regular can size) of Ginger Beer (use one of the less-sweet brands) and stir.
(Final ABV*: 50ml Rascally Liquor® @ 63.5% = 8.4% ABV & 50ml Rascally Liquor® @ 46% = 6.1% ABV)
Alternatively, crack open the can of GB, take a 50ml slug and top-up with 50ml of Smoky Rascally Liquor® (Final ABV = 9.6% or 7.0% for 63.5% or 46% ABV Rascally Liquor, respectively.)
